We're looking for our first founding sales hire, a scrappy, sharp, and ambitious GTM builder who’s excited to create the system that drives our first $1M+ in ARR.
This is not a “just book meetings” job. You’ll own the funnel end-to-end: lead gen, outreach, qualification, demo, close, and post-sale handoff. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team. You’ll be the voice in the market and the feedback loop into product.

- 3–6 years experience in early-stage SaaS sales, ideally in API-based or platform products
- Comfortable selling to both technical teams (devs, PMs) and business leaders (sales, ops, HR)
- Fluent in outbound and sales tools: Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, SalesNav, etc.
- Can confidently explain LLMs, APIs, or conversational AI
- You know how to sell value, not just features, and you ask for the close
- You move fast, think like a founder, and bring energy to the chase
- Obsessed with improvement, ownership, and beating your own best
